Seven Cochise Women's Soccer Sophomores take part in ACCAC Showcase

MESA, Ariz. --- Last weekend, Cochise Women's Soccer had seven athletes participate in the ACCAC Sophomore Showcase at the Arizona Athletic Grounds in Mesa, Arizona. Each year, the Arizona Community College Athletic Conference puts on a showcase event for outgoing sophomores who have the opportunity to play in front of several four-year coaches and scouts. 

This year, Cochise Women's Soccer representatives were (pictured left-to-right): Daniela Garro, Mikayle Rodriguez, Allyson Gonzalez, Citlaly Meza, Sabrina Amezcua, Alicia Garwood, and Mia Ramirez. 

The Apache Women's Soccer team will begin their Spring exhibition season next Friday, February 28th hosting Benedictine University-Mesa on the Douglas campus at noon. The entire 2025 Spring schedule is below:

February 28th vs. Benedictine University (Mesa) 12:00 pm

March 1st at New Mexico State University 1:00 pm

March 21st at Arizona Christian University 7 vs. 7 TBD

March 22nd at Northern Arizona University 2:00 pm

April 12th vs. El Paso Surf/Liberta (Tijuana, MX) 12:00 pm

April 19th vs. RSL El Paso/IVC FC (California) 11:00 am
