Cochise Women’s Soccer Announces Spring 2026 Exhibition Schedule

DOUGLAS, Ariz. — Coming off a historic and championship-filled fall season, Cochise College Women's Soccer is set to continue its momentum into the spring with a challenging and exciting 2026 exhibition schedule.

The Apaches are coming off one of the most successful campaigns in program history, highlighted by an NJCAA Region I Championship and West District title in the fall of 2025. Under head coach Santos Rangel and assistant coach Ivana Siles, Cochise established itself as one of the premier programs in the region, combining strong defense, balanced scoring, and championship-level depth.

With that foundation in place, the spring schedule will provide valuable development opportunities while testing the Apaches against top collegiate and club competition.

Spring 2026 Exhibition Schedule

  • February 21 — at Northern Arizona University Lumberjacks

  • February 28 — at Arizona State University Sun Devils

  • March 7 — at New Mexico State University Aggies

  • March 21 — vs. AZ Cardinals Club Team (Home)

  • March 22 — at Grand Canyon University Antelopes

  • April 18 — vs. RSL El Paso – La Academia (Home)

Building on a Championship Fall

The 2025 season saw Cochise rise to the top of Region I, defeating nationally ranked opponents and delivering clutch performances throughout postseason play. The Apaches' run culminated with victories over Arizona Western and Snow College to claim both the Region I and West District championships.

That success has created high expectations for the future, and the spring slate reflects the program's commitment to continuous growth and elite competition.

Preparing for the Future

Spring exhibitions play a vital role in evaluating talent, strengthening team chemistry, and preparing for the upcoming fall campaign. The mix of NCAA Division I opponents and elite club programs will challenge Cochise across multiple styles of play and competitive environments.

Home matches on March 21 and April 18 will also give fans an early opportunity to see the next chapter of Apache Soccer inside Douglas.
