Game Day: Cochise Women’s Basketball Opens 2025–26 Season on the Road

DOUGLAS, Ariz. — The 2025–26 Cochise Women's Basketball season officially tips off today, as the Apaches hit the road for a challenging three-games-in-three-days slate hosted by Eastern Arizona College in Thatcher, Arizona.

Cochise opens its regular-season schedule this afternoon against Snow College at 2:00 p.m. inside Guitteau Gymnasium. The trip continues on Thursday, November 7 vs. Western Wyoming at 2:00 p.m., followed by a Saturday matchup on November 8 against College of Southern Idaho at 11:30 a.m.

The early road test will give Cochise a chance to showcase its fast-paced style and deep roster under head coach Misty Opat, and an opportunity to build momentum before returning home later in the month.
